Hey...are you looking to make a little extra money?? Do you like to clean things because you just can't help yourself? Do you have a love of replenishing items before they run out? Is there a strong passion between you and cleaning supplies? Do you get an amazing sense of accomplishment because you have cleaned until things shine? Cool. Epic Alliance Inc. is looking for someone to clean rental properties. The properties are of all types and neighborhoods. These are short term rentals which have clients staying in them from all over the world. You would be coming in to clean after the clients have left. The style of cleaning is combination of housekeeping and maid. We need you to be a set of eyes to let us know if you see anything in the suites that is out of sorts, damaged, needs replacing, cleaning and so on. This would be a part time job.

Basically you would be scheduled as needed Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 3:00 pm. You must have your own dependable vehicle. You must be able to work on your own. These jobs should take about 8-40 hrs a month, depending on you and your abilities. So who would be a perfect fit...a clean-a-holic...a mom just looking to make a little extra...a student who wants a part time job and so on. Responsibilities
-Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass, restroom cleaning etc)

-Empty garbage cans and recycling bins

-Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects

-Notify management of any items that need replacing
-Replenish anything which needs filling

-Cooperate with the rest of the staff

-Follow all health and safety regulations

-Lock up facilities
