Epic Alliance Inc. is looking for an amazing person to join our team. We are a Real Estate Investment company that specializes in rental properties. Epic is in a constant rate of growth that puts us in a pivot and adapt mode which makes for incredible journeys of entrepreneurism.

Great, Epic Alliance Inc. is looking for hard working people who are up for anything. Yes, this is an entry level position. One day you may be mowing grass and the next you are hauling appliances. The work is not glamourous, you may be picking up garbage and cutting trees. If you stick it out and do a great job you will be offered an apprenticeship. We have Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical apprentices. In the meantime, you will be learning many of these trade skills while in this entry level position.

Responsibilities:
Mowing lawns / shoveling snow
Cleaning rental properties and yards
Painting
Drywalling
Moving appliances
Light framing
Ability to work with various team members and at multiple job sites
Requirements:
Must be respectful and able to communicate with our clients
Attendance at all staff meetings and safety meetings and training
Must have a valid drivers license and drivers abstract
Must be flexible and adaptable
Must have a willingness to learn and must be able to follow instruction
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be able to work as part of a team
Must have strong English verbal and written skills
