About
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Set project timelines
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Facilitate conversations with retainer clients and new clients alike to finalize work for the company
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Take a hands-on approach with certain elements of our services including some copywriting and content scheduling
Help develop project proposals complete with time estimates and cost estimates
Upkeep and development of internal processes and folders
Keep up to date with hours allotted to retainer clients and help reallocated resources as necessary
Weigh new projects against similar past projects to come up with time allowance and deadlines for project quotes and time management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Preferred Skill Sets
Familiar with Monday.com
Familiar with Google Workspace apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc)
Strong writing skills
Fluent in English
Skills in the adobe suite is an asset but not required
