Express Employment is seeking an IT Technical Analysts for a support position. This role would require the successful candidate to be responsible for all aspects in the development, design and support of our client's customer solutions. This includes premise-based and hosted solutions that integrate a variety of voice, data, video, wireless, IP and IT products, services and applications for business customers.

Duties & Requirements:
-Develop designs that support unified communications, networks, network elements and vendor applications which run on or may integrate with 3rd party servers and server OS.
-Provide advanced Level III technical and systems support to internal and external customers.
-Ability and experience in resolving complex application/system problems.
-Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability in the design of business networks and /or applications relating specifically to:
Multi Tenant Cloud Experience- The ideal candidate for this role would provide support for a multi-tenant cloud environment with focus on VMWare systems such as VCloud Director, NSX, VRealize, VRLI etC. Work would be carried out primarily on a Windows platform however Linux knowledge is an asset.

This position is planned to run for a year in length, however there is a the potential for it to run longer. It can be performed either on site or remotely and finally wage ranges for these positions will be determined by skill level.
