Express Employment is seeking two IT Technical Analysts for two different support positions. Each role would require the successful candidate(s) to be responsible for all aspects in the development, design and support of our client's customer solutions. This includes premise-based and hosted solutions that integrate a variety of voice, data, video, wireless, IP and IT products, services and applications for business customers.

Duties & Requirements:
-Develop designs that support unified communications, networks, network elements and vendor applications which run on or may integrate with 3rd party servers and server OS.
-Provide advanced Level III technical and systems support to internal and external customers.
-Ability and experience in resolving complex application/system problems.
-Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability in the design of business networks and /or applications relating specifically to these two resources:
1: Microsoft Azure Experience- Candidate should possess experience with design/deployment as well as the following skill sets: Scripting, PowerShell and Azure ARM Templates (knowledge of API's, Azure Automation, Azure products and migrating on premises machines to Azure)
2: Cisco Experience- Candidate should possess working experience with Cisco collaboration, however Cisco certifications such as CCIE or CCNP are an asset. Experience using Cisco HCS is also an asset.

These positions are planned to run for a year, with potential of extending longer. All positions can be performed either on site or remotely. Wage ranges for these positions will be determined by skill level.
