On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Product Analyst who will be responsible for facilitating the marketing and sales of Agricultural Export products for both existing and potential customers on a national, district and local level.
General Job Duties:
-Sell proprietary agricultural export products to farmers over the phone (Sales activities may include contract renewals, sharing special offers to prospective and existing customers, and follow-up activities for existing clients)
-Documents prospects and leads along with follow-up initiatives
-Sign up customers on pre-authorized payments and follow up for appropriate documentation
-Assesses customer situation and resolves customer issues involving agricultural export products and services using customer business sense and individual judgement.
-Reports to the Manager, Marketing and Sales (has no formal direct reports.)
Job Requirements:
-A minimum of two years experience in a sales or customer service-oriented business.
-An In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing theories and customer experience principles
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
-Relationship-builder who uses collaboration and questioning skills to find the best solutions for our customers business needs
-Excellent working knowledge of various software applications and proficiency with a personal computer
-Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and requests
-Ability to communicate and translate technical data into information that connects with audiences
-* This position is performed mostly remotely (outside of training) and requires in-home internet connection. Visual requirements and exertion consist of 6-8 hours per day of computer usage
