We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team
Duties will include:
- Creating body work and repair estimates using estimating software
- Ordering parts accurately per vehicle
- Submitting SGI claim for customers ensuring all proper documentation has been added
- Working seamlessly with SGI Adjusters and Appraisers
- Creating work orders for technicians
- Providing excellent customer service
- Facilitating customer payments (taking payment, quoting estimates, creating bills, etc.)
- Other administrative duties

- Automotive and parts knowledge is an asset
