Merit Contractors is looking for an Office Manager - that self-motivated someone that will look after ensuring our office runs smoothly and our members' needs are met.
In an average day, you will
- Answer calls and help members with benefit plan questions
- Help with social media content creation
- Do some basic accounting using QuickBooks
- Look after incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and schedule meetings and corporate events
- Ensure the office is stocked appropriately
Our ideal person will have
- Two-three years experience in an office manager setting
- Exceptional knowledge of MS office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
