Internal Communications Specialist
The Sales Support Specialist will assist our sales and management team by supporting the daily operational, sales and customer service requirements of 15 retail locations across the province. This position will be essential for the sales activities and communication between our locations, departments, channel partners, and customers. You will provide timely and effective communication with our sales team and managers across the company to ensure and provide outstanding customer support to our internal and external customers.
The successful candidate is a strong communicator who knows how to keep people informed and connected by keeping themselves and our sales team up-to-date on policies, procedures, product, and industry-related information. You will also be required to:
Develop and prepare written communication to sales employees on wireless, highspeed, and tv information, relating to products, pricing, promotions, processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain efficient record-keeping systems that enable fast and easy access to needed information.
Create and maintain weekly and monthly reporting requirements for sales departments.
Focus on consistent internal controls over sales operational items to ensure minimal transactional errors.
Plan, implement, and manage sales educational training and workshops.
Assist in order of fulfilment of e-commerce orders during peak seasonal promotions.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries though email, or social media channels.
