Dance City is growing! We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Enrolment Coordinator. This role is the first point of contact for hundreds of customers, responding quickly to all customer inquiries.
This role includes:
* email management (manage studio email account, respond to customer inquiries, confirm appointments)
* organization and administration (follow-up on registration inquiries, create and manage documents and reports, process sales and manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized studio)
* customer service (greet and welcome customers, handle inquiries, maintain records of customer interactions)
* extra fun activities (assist with costumes and props, assist in planning our year-end recital)
* being our brand ambassador
The ideal candidate will:
* have previous experience in sales and/or customer service
* be self-motivated and excellent at following directions
* show initiative and motivation to learn the ins and outs of the business
* have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* be deadline driven and detail-oriented
* able to set priorities and work in a fast-moving environment
* able to work independently and with others
Hours of work are Mon-Thu 4-8pm and Sat 8:30am-1:30pm (some hours may be negotiable).
