Arrive at work at 10:30am.
Unlock alarms, doors, turn on lights, machines,
Check all stuff ready for a working day e.i: Settings, cutleries, speakers, menus printed,
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Keep and maintain good relationship with staffs, co-workers
Meet all staff at end of every week to about all incidents happened or discuss improvements for business
Look after usable areas and must report if something unusual seen (water leaking, light breaks down, washroom, chairs broken)
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Must report any accidents, injuries related to work.
Make monthly reports and recommend things to improve service and business.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
