Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Service Desk Representatives to work remotely for our client, a solution-based company in the health care system that is dedicated to help its community fight against COVID-19 located in Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact support for inquiries to the Service Desk and provide general troubleshooting. If you have previous experience in technical support and customer service, this job is for you!

Location: Work from home | Remote (SK)

Shifts: 8:30 AM-9:30 PM (flexible shifts) | Monday to Sunday

Job type: Full-time | Temporary



Job responsibilities include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for any technical and troubleshooting calls

- Providing support for inquiries to the Service Desk

- Gathering necessary information to verify and confirm identity of callers

- Providing support related to login inquiries and general troubleshooting

- Providing the callers timely access to their sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in IT service desk, call centre, administration, or customer service

-Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members

-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

-Possess a positive and service-oriented attitude

-Must have problem solving skills for frequently asked questions leveraging documentation and training that has been provided

-Stress management and comfortable working in a fast and dynamic work environment
