Full Time position- No Weekends  No Evenings- Competitive Wage

What Youll Do:
*professionally and courteously handle inbound customer service, following company policies and procedures.
* Provide customer service support and assist customers inquiries, trouble-shooting technical issues, and explaining new products and services offered.
* Initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service is maintained.
* Verify customer information and enter into the computer system
* Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing accounts
-Interaction with clients happens daily, therefore a professional and pleasant attitude is a must. Customer service is the key to our success and we expect nothing but your best.
-Your attention to detail, planning, time management and ability to work independently and with others is important.
-The ability to fill out service appointment invoices and reports accurately is important.

Must Haves:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic approach to customer service
* Familiarity with computers
* Customer service experience an asset
Valid drivers licence
