Description

Job Responsibilities (in no particular order and not limited to):
Provide excellent customer service
Operation of a multi-line phone system
Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate staff member(s)
Administrative Support for the Commercial and Residential Departments
Providing literature and stocking of sales materials
Sales & Quoting assistance
Creation of purchase orders & ordering materials as required
Oversee manual filing system
Pick up daily mail & courier items when required
Assistance with Invoicing & Receiving payments
Maintaining showroom & adhering to Covid-19 Safety Policies
Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders
Health & Safety - PPE Supplies, maintain binders, & update when needed, dispatch forms to staff for completion and provide support to staff where needed.
Meeting minutes when required
Ordering & maintaining office supplies
Inventory assistance

Experience:

6 months -2 years experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must maintain a positive attitude and friendly disposition
Professional appearance
Proficient in the use of computers. Preferably with Google Workspace

Valid Driver's License
