The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join the Building Services Division as Manager of Environmental Services in the Engineering and Sustainability Branch.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Sustainability, this position is responsible for managing the Ministry's Environmental Services program. The position's primary role is to develop and manage solutions to environmental problems and public health issues, including the ongoing administration of the Ministry's drinking water and wastewater systems.

The position will also develop and manage environmental site assessments to identify potential adverse environmental effects. Our ideal candidate would develop specifications and standards for the Engineering and Sustainability Branch concerning all environmental and civil engineering initiatives. You will also work with the branch and with stakeholders on developing and delivering water conservation initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Environmental Systems Engineering. With five (5) years of experience in a related field of work, and will be registered as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.
