Job Overview:
Kids Zone Early Learning and Child Care Facility invites all interested applicants to apply for the full-time permanent position of Director. Kids Zone has two facilities that accepts clients aged 2 weeks to kindergarten age. The Director leads the team of employees and provides all aspects of client needs. The Director oversees the programming, staff and facility. The Director is accountable to the Kids Zone EL & CC Board. The Director leads in a manner that builds the confidence of parents, children, employees, and the business.
Qualifications:
Basic Computer Skills, SGI Driver's Abstract, First Aid & CPR Level B, Early Childhood Education Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent, Knowledge of Sask Childcare Regulations and Licensing Regulations would be an asset.
Duties:
Supervision of staff, trainees or volunteers. Program Supervision - daily activities, field trips. Overseeing Childcare and Nursery Programs. Meeting with parents to discuss client progress. Staying up to date on all government regulations. Staff Meetings and Reports to the Board of Directors.
