Reporting to the Anchor SILP Coordinator, Anchor SILP Case Managers work as a team that is responsible for directly supporting residents at The Lighthouse with an intellectual disability in areas of daily living support, behaviour support, and companionship. The goal of the Anchor SILP team is to address the gap in service for residents experiencing intellectual disability who struggle with chronic challenges related to stable housing, mental health and substance use disorders, and/or high risk lifestyles by providing residential support that is rooted in person-centredness, trauma informed practices, and harm reduction strategies.

Position Type: permanent full-time, 40 hours per week; shifts are on evenings from 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
