The successful applicant will provide practical and theoretical instruction in all aspects related to Health Care Cooking as outlined in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic curriculum. Responsibilities include planning, developing and delivering instruction, evaluating student performance, providing guidance, presenting workshops and demonstrations and liaise with industry. Duties include instructing the CLTR100, FOOD110, PLAN100, PLAN179, PLAN101, and PROF101 courses within the Health Care Cooking program.

Required Qualifications:
- Grade XII, with an Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in cooking, or a Food and Nutrition Management Diploma with a current membership, in good standing, with the Saskatchewan Society of Nutrition Management
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required
