The successful applicant will provide practical and theoretical instruction in all aspects related to Institutional Cooking as outlined in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic curriculum. Responsibilities include planning, developing and delivering instruction, evaluating student performance, providing guidance, presenting workshops and demonstrations and liaise with industry. Duties include instructing the HLTH200, NUT180, NUTR102, and NUTR103 courses within the Health Care Cooking program.

Required Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian registered with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association, and accreditation from an approved post-secondary program.
