Janitor
For the Community of La Ronge

Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services is in search of a Permanent Full Time, Janitor to work with LLRIB Health Services Department in the community of La Ronge. This position is responsible for providing janitorial duties to the departments of LLRIBHS, Prevention & Recovery Facilities.

Duties:
To perform and maintain janitorial duties (inside and outside);
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Standards are met;
Maintain sanitation of the clinics and buildings;
Orders supplies and inventory control;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
Grade 10 minimum;
Previous Janitorial experience is an asset;
Certificate in WHMIS is preferred;
Certified First Aide & CPR Certificate is an asset;
Willing to take further training;
Must be self-directed and demonstrate organizational skills;
Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset;
Knowledge of Woodland Cree Language, Culture and Traditions an asset;
Current Criminal Record Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Screening and Drivers Abstract is required upon hire;
Drivers license is preferred.
