Capital Ford Lincoln is currently hiring for an Accessory Specialist.
This position would be responsible to provide a point of contact and information for all internal and external clients regarding automotive accessories. You will solicit business from assigned accounts and new accounts through personal and phone contacts.

Your Primary duties would include but not be limited to:
Communicates parts order to counterpersons
Checks with customers to ensure that delivery date of non-stock items is acceptable before ordering
Reviews any special orders with the parts manager
Ensure all accessory displays in the dealership are current, interesting to customers, clean, and visibly priced with creative merchandising
With assistance develop and manage a menu of common accessories and packages to offer for sale that can be included in Conditional sales contacts

Your experience will include:
Must be able to establish rapport with customers in person and on the phone and asking questions that help to locate the required accessory and any related parts of service in which customers might be interested.
The Accessory Specialist is strong interpersonally and has sold sales skills
Ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills
