Description

Are you a driven individual looking to build and grow a large customer base? You will be the Service/Parts leader responsible for developing, building, and growing commercial businesses for the store while driving optimal performance to increase market share and maximize profit margins.

The Commercial Service Consultant will source and maintain key relationships with commercial businesses to grow commercial accounts. Ensuring education pertaining to service support programs, safety recalls, service contracts, purchased coverage, and preventative maintenance are clear to customers. Coordinating all activity between sales, parts, and factories to reduce quality concerns and deliver exceptional customer service to increase customer retention. Conducting follow-up conversations in person, via phone, and email to address customer needs Utilizing service data and product knowledge to add value and improve customer profitability. Collaborating with the Director of Fixed Operations in making recommendations on short- and long-term advertising plans and promotions pertaining to the Service/Parts department. Travel as needed to conduct business. Managing accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention are top priority. Attend required meetings, training and classes to obtain and maintain product knowledge

The Qualifications

Previous account management and/or dealership experience is not required but an asset
Previous service experience is an asset
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Excellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clients
Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in quality work
Superior verbal communication is essential
Valid driver license
