The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Enterprise Risk Management of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one on one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Enterprise Risk Management portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent co ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
Education:
Grade 12 and recognized business course
Experience:
Three to five years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant type role.
