DUTIES AND RESPONSIILITIES:
-Ensure quality assurance of day-to-day program operations.
-Determine needs for additional support services and program objectives by developing, monitoring, and evaluating services offered.
-Create and maintain operating budgets by ensuring program goals are being met and adhering to approved budgets.
-Ensure the completion and implementation of assessments, initial treatment and service plans and subsequent revisions, evaluations and evaluation data instruments, initial and subsequent progress reports, discharge plans, community reintegration plans and all related documentation and reports.
-Liaise and advocate for client needs and services to support recovery and aftercare stability
-Supervise and monitor services and treatment provided by the LBTTP program to ensure physical and mental wellbeing, safety, development and quality care for participants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have a Business Administration or Human Services related background or certification in a related field of study.
-Minimum 3-year experience in a supervising 20+ employees
-Knowledge and previous experience in child program development is crucial.
-Extensive knowledge of therapeutic treatment program processes
-Must show proof of full Covid -19 vaccination
