Duties
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material from handwritten copy or oral dictation.
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Determine and establish office procedures
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
Job Requirements
Graduated High School
Graduate from Business College with Office Administration Certificate Or equivalent diploma.
Previous experience working in the construction industry an asset.
Previous experience in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant is an asset.
Experience in using Sage Accounting software required.
Experience in using Microsoft Office required.
Ability to use computers with ease.
