Inbound Sales Position Overview  
This is an exciting sales role where you will represent SaskTel in various types of incoming customer interactions when they call 1-800-SASKTEL.  This is a sales focused position where you will lead customers through the entire sales process and represent the customers' best interests.  You will sell products and services to benefit and match their lifestyle and ensure an exceptional customer experience.  

You must be comfortable working in an position where there are sales targets and call centre metrics to meet.  This is a sales incented position where you will have an opportunity to earn additional sales incentives, on top of your base salary, when you meet and exceed set targets.


These positions are of a casual part-time nature, therefore SaskTel does not guarantee a set number of work hours per week.  Hours are scheduled according to business need and average 20-25 hours per week.  As you start out in the role, you can expect to work a majority of evening and Saturday shifts but you will be required to be available to work during any of the Monday to Saturday shifting.
