Delisle Valleyview Golf and Country Club is seeking a Clubhouse Manager.

We are a picturesque 9 hole golf course that flows with the natural landscape. We are currently seeking a self-starting, organized & reliable individual committed to the growth of our maturing golf course. The ultimate goal of the Clubhouse Manager and team is to produce the best golf experience & customer service possible.

The Clubhouse Manager is the leader of our Clubhouse team and reports to the Board of Directors.

Candidates would possess many of the following qualifications (however we are willing to train suitable candidates):
- A Pro or an individual with an in depth knowledge of the game is desired
- Business & supervision management
- Excellent communication, record keeping, computer skills and booking software management
- Ability to work flexible hours, mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends as required

As Clubhouse Manager you would be responsible for managing all aspects of the Clubhouse, such as:
- Staffing, Scheduling
- Training and clubhouse faculty delegation
- Procuring advertisement  
- Promotional events
- Event coordination, Tournaments, Club, Jr, etc
- Product and merchandise management
- Financial management  
- Social media
- Ensure the quality control of daily clubhouse set up, inventory and presentation are achieved
- Ensure the proper PPE is used when operating equipment for themselves and for others
- Ensuring a safe, clean and productive work environment at all times
- Other tasks may be requested by the Board of Directors
- Act as an ambassador for DGCC and as a role model for staff and others

Salary based on experience, background/criminal check will be required.
