Adecco is currently hiring a Full-time Permanent Architectural Engineer to work in Regina, SK. To be considered for this Architectural Engineer job you must be a graduate of a recognized Architectural Technologist Program with at least 2 years of similar experience

Architectural Engineer Responsibilities:

-Communicate with construction team to provide information and solve problems on residential, Industrial and
Commercial projects.
-Produce stamped full architectural working drawings
-Review and approve project shop drawings
-Being able to coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and consultants
-Applying and obtaining building permits
-Developing and coordination of construction documentation
-Architectural design, detailing and documentation on projects in collaboration with other team members
-Complete drawings to adhere with agreement of purchase and sale details
-Perform site analysis to ensure optimal model fit, calculating frontages and maximum footprint
-Execution of preliminary and production drawings, inclusive lot specific extras, grading calculations
-Produce renderings and marketing handout materials
-Project management and construction administration assistance to project leaders

Architectural Engineer Qualifications:

-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Graduate from a recognized Architectural Technologist Program
-Ability to work within a team environment
-2 years of experience in a similar position
-Excellent command of AutoCAD and Photoshop
-Working knowledge of the National Building Code and Municipal Bylaws (Saskatchewan)
-Willingness to take on a variety of assignments
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Licensed in Saskatchewan
