Description

This Position will include the following duties and responsibilities:  
       1.Supervise food services associates, including scheduling/ assigning work, participating in performance assessment.
       2.Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation.
       3.Inspect food and service quality.
       4.Make sure standards of hygiene is maintained and the store complies with health and safety regulations.
       5.Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.
       6.Respond to customer complaint and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided.
       7.Purchased supplies from authorized vendors.
       8.Maintained weekly operating reports and presentations to senior management.
       9.Attended appropriate guest service committee meetings.
     10.Upheld compliance standards for service and meal quality.
     11.Provided efficient and cordial customer service increasing their brand loyalty.
