Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales representatives; Assign sales representatives to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers; Receive and report on all sales leads
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support; Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Meet all sales quotas and goals; Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Requirements and Qualifications:
EDUCATION: College or Bachelors degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required
