Description

- Facilitate and deliver employment and life skills to participants age 16-35
-Capable of helping develop resumes/cover letters/interviewing practises
-Creating and implementing outreach activities
-Work closely with persons at risks, with diverse needs
-Refer participants to other agencies
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-Promote program to other agencies, employers, schools and organizations
-Create promotional materials and help to maintain Facebook page
-Arrange work experiences/volunteer placements for participants
-Knowledge and confidence using technology, computer programs, creating monthly reports, documenting, and research
-Adaptable/flexible/Empathetic/Compassionate/
Understanding/Patient
-Willing to travel between Estevan and Weyburn offices
-Knowledge of the Labour Market Needs, work standards, Employer Expectations
-Report to Program Manager and Program Coordinator
-Provide a Criminal/Vulnerable Record check (provide with application)
-Willingness to learn and be part of a team!

Education
-Educational Assistant Certificate, Early Childhood Education, Adult Facilitator OR someone who has experience facilitating or working with youth and young adults
