Job description
Red Wireless is looking for a driven, high energy, goal-oriented person to become the new full time Store Manager to join our Regina team. We are looking to grow our Brand in Saskatchewan and are in search of someone who can take us to the next level.
Minimum Requirements:
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As a Wireless Store Manager, you will lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of our organization. You will motivate and inspire your team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. You will drive sales and provide excellent customer service in all that you do.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performance and wellbeing of everyone on your team
Accountable for RED WIRELESS minimum standards and maintain excellent customer service
Hiring and firing of staff on your team, including onboarding, and training.
Achievement of your sales goals along with setting goals for each member of your team
Manage inventory
Ensure all paperwork (invoicing, contracts, etc) is up-to-date and accurate
Shipping/receiving duties as needed
Facilitate regular group meetings with your team
Ensure daily RED WIRELESS store checklists are getting done
Manage and create operational budgets, and maintain them
Help with the development of policies and procedure
