One (1) full-time temporary position up to 14 months
$21.91/hour (starting hourly rate)

ISC is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, with our Saskatchewan Registry Operations based in Regina with offices throughout the province.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Common Registry Services, this position is responsible to perform customer and financial account management, maintaining customer information, customer output and notification services, document submission, imaging, storage and warehouse management and historical search services, including the following:

-Pulling and scanning documents from the warehouse.  (This will involve a significant amount of walking, reaching and lifting boxes of documents off of shelves, and working in a warehouse environment at times)
-Updating the system to reflect the document information to the image in the library
-Entering and recording money received into cash batches, balance batches
-Entering received packets that are received by mail, e-mail and fax into a database
-Maintaining a database to facilitate change of name, change of address, branching, amalgamations, new and amended client numbers
-Responsible for Output queue management
