The Administrative Services Branch is seeking an individual to join their team to provide administrative support at Front Reception for the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement's Head Office in Regina.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Administrative Services, the primary responsibility of this position is receptionist duties, greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive, providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. The duties include answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls, providing general information, and directing clients to the appropriate staff. This position also performs typing, data entry and will be responsible for performing other various clerical duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of office and administrative procedures, as well as be organized, able to multitask and attentive to detail to ensure quality work. The candidate will also be proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
