Description

With over 75 years serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet & industrial markets, Auto Electric Service Ltd & Mainline Fleet Service is southern Saskatchewan's largest locally owned & operated automotive parts warehouse. We service retail and wholesale markets with parts stores located in Regina, Yorkton, Estevan, & Weyburn. We are accepting resumes for an experienced, motivated, career-minded Accounts Receivable & Administrative Professional at our Mainline Fleet location in Regina.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
    Data entry and posting
    Coding of invoices
    Receiving and posting of purchase orders
    Releasing daily purchases in a computerized environment
    Communicating clearly in person, on the phone and demonstrating a willing to initiate calls to customers to give and receive information
    Completing the daily bank deposit
    Data entry of the bank deposit
    Communicating with internal staff to clarify or collect missing information
    Ensuring the currency of customer accounts through collection calls
    Administrative tasks and filing as needed  

Skills & Qualifications:

    Automotive knowledge/background is an asset
    Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt
    Strong computer skills
    Outstanding customer service & communication skills
    Ability to double-check your own work or the work of your co-workers
    Having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet portion) and Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
    Having a good working knowledge of other office equipment: copier, scanner, mail machine, credit card terminals.
    Problem solving and numeracy skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Efficient typing and document formatting skills
