Reporting to the Floor Security Shift Managers, Floor Security employees primarily provide exceptional customer service. They monitor guest behavior and react appropriately to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Floor Security employees are responsible for monitoring, detecting and observing suspicious, unlawful and unsafe activities by performing guard duties at the casino entrances or by patrolling throughout the casino floor. As well, they monitor and ensure casino operations are completed in accordance with SaskGamings policies and procedures.
