The administrative assistant is responsible for administering and recruiting clients and applicants into our training programs.
He/She will follow up with inquiries through telephone, email, and social media channels. He/she will also help management in overseeing the day to day activities and operations. The administrative assistant will be responsible for maintaining contact with clients and suppliers as well as help in the management of various administrative and marketing initiatives community campaigns. Management of records and invoicing will also be required. The administrative assistant will also maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
We are seeking an organized, motivated, goal-oriented and independent individual with strong computer skills. Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and strong telephone skills are mandatory.
