Job duties:
Prepare meals according to the restaurant menu;
Assign duties to kitchen helpers;
Supervise kitchen operations;
Train kitchen staff and oversee staff performance;
Plan menus and prepare food for caterings and bulk orders;
Make sure work area and kitchen is maintained in terms of hygiene and health standards;
Maintain restaurant inventory such as food supplies and equipment;
Transportation/Travel Information
Own transportation; Public transportation is available
