Description

RAINSOFT (REGINA) LTD. needs to hire long-term, full-time Administrative Office personnel.  

Candidates must have the following attributes: minimum of three years office experience with a variety of administrative skills, such as fluent in English, reception/phone skills, handling payments, handling Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, experience with accounting programs, organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and to make their position efficient and effective.

Candidates must be mature, have excellent people & telephone skills, who enjoy working alongside others. Above all, candidates must have a passion for providing excellent customer service.  We typically pay more than industry averages depending on experience.
