Were looking for a Small Business Advisor to join our team in Saskatoon. You will provide creative solutions and comprehensive financial advice (e.g.: Lending up to $1MM, Deposit, Wealth and payment solutions) to our small business members throughout our Saskatoon region. Our current and prospective professional members will look to you to understand their business and provide advice to positively impact their professional practice.
How youll be spending your time
Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members with a focus on professional business members (doctors, lawyers, dentists, etc)
Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
Speaking at various events to build referral business and promote the Conexus Professional Program
Making sure there is a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring
Previous experience in a financial institution (a focus on working with professional business members would be an asset)
CSI Moody's Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) is an asset
Post-secondary educated related to business
