We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Innovation, Energy and Technology for a goal oriented, customer focused and passionate leader. As the new Manager of Cross Functional Solutions, you will have the opportunity to have an impact on business planning and governance, contract and vendor management, metric and performance monitoring, end user client support as well as overseeing the management of the Citys print and mail services.
Reporting to the Director, Innovation, Energy and Technology, you will contribute to the development of the Citys enterprise-wide long term and operational technology plan. You will have experience with long- and short-range planning, performance management, process improvement, budgeting, as well as policy and project work. Your track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, developing, and delivering on plans and playing an integral role within organizations is exceptional. As Manager, Cross Functional Solutions, you will be responsible for building and mentoring your dynamic team to deliver these services to the organization.
