Employer Service Representative 1
Permanent Appointments

Anticipated start date will be November 15, 2021

As an Employer Service Representative 1, you will issue Clearance letters in principal/subcontractor situations. Processes account receivables from employers for the daily deposit. Enters employer payroll data from annual Employers Payroll Statements and payroll Revision letters. Responds to telephone inquiries related to employer account updates and Clearance requests. Transcribes documentation for Employer Accounts staff letters and memos.


Qualifications:

Successfully completed grade twelve (12).

Over six (6) months up to and including one (1) year successful experience demonstrating the ability to do the following:

- Data entry skills - Proficiency with computers (typing at a rate of 35 net words per minute).
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Windows applications is an asset.
- Confirmed Reliability Status (Security Clearance) from Canada Revenue Agency.
