Job Order Detail

Description

Provide contract administration and general engineering during the construction of building facilities.  
Manage and review the work of consultants and contractors for projects.
Review drawings, specifications, plans and applications from consultants and developers to make sure they meet City specifications.
Develop and manage projects and budgets.
Design and stamp foundation drawing
Obtain approvals for building permit
Design and Stamp steel(prefabricated) building construction
Perform other job duties as assigned
Experience in the building of storage/residential housing buildings
Experience in communicating with various Contacts within the different industries that are needed in construction.
Perform related duties as required.
