Graham Alexander is looking for farm workers to:
Supervise soil preparation, fertilize, crop planting, crop spraying, cultivating, or harvesting. The worker will be responsible for operating various high tech, modern equipment in the fields, to plant, maintain, and harvest our crops during summer. This involves operating an air seeder, high clearance sprayer, combine harvester, as well as other various tractors and equipment. Supervise fields to ensure they are free of weeds and disease. Maintain and repair equipment as needed.

During wintertime, the worker wil do basic maintenance on farm buildings and machines.  Perform general farm duties as required.
The worker will assume all duties and responsibilities when the owner/manager is not around to manage the farm. Maintain quality control and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general and seasonal farm workers and harvesting labourers.Develop work schedules and establish procedures. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Assist with basic maintenance of equipment and farm buildings.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be fluent in English.
Grade 12 or equivalent experience
Must be able to do physical hard work.  
Must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
Must have a valid driver's license or willing to obtain a license.  
Rural, remote area.
Hot, odors, dusty, could be dangerous and noisy work environment.
Must be team player.
Wage will be determined by experience.
Wage range is between $23 per hour.
40 Hours per week.
Experience on similar farms- 2 years to less than 3 years
