Bourgault Industries is currently looking for a Tool room Attendance to join our team in St. Brieux. The purpose of this position is to source, receive and manage select Shop Supply Inventory in the tool room while providing customer service to those who require tool room services.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure customers receive service and goods in a timely manner
-Perform basic small tool repair and maintenance, such as air impacts, weld whips and cordless tools.
-Act as the liaison between customers, purchasing, and vendor for vending machine issues
-Source, order, receive and manage Shop Supply inventory in the tool room, including completing any Excel, XA or other records accurately and in a timely manner
-Identify and lead 5S projects within the tool room

Qualifications:
-Willingness to learn
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Computer skills (XA, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational skills
-Experience with repairing small tools is an asset.
