Description

Insurance Agency seeking applicant looking for a career in insurance/customer service with the following qualifications:
1. Minimum Grade 12 education and Office
Education Certificate
2. Punctual, reliable and able to work in a team environment
3. Good problem solving skills
4. Customer Service Experience working with the public
5. Experience handling cash
6. Bondable
7. Available to work a 40-hour work week, flexible hours covering Tuesday - Saturday shifts. If you cannot do these shifts, please do not apply.
8. Office experience, accounting and motor
vehicle licensing experience are an asset.
9. Detail oriented
10. Own transportation

Skills:
Work setting: Insurance
Work conditions: Standing for extended period, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

Security and safety: criminal record check and bondable.

Business equipment: internet browser, general office equipment, database software, E-mail, spreadsheet software, word processing software and Windows.

Specific skills: order supplies and maintain inventory, perform general office duty, answer inquiry and provide information to customers, explain type and cost of services offered, issue receipt and other forms and receive payments.

Essential skills: significant use of memory, continuous learning, computer use, finding information, job task planning and organizing, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, working with others, oral communication, writing, numeracy and reading text.
