Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Network Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Installs, configures, coordinates and administers LAN/WAN environment
Tier II escalation for the Service Desk Analysts to provide resolution or assistance on incidents that cannot be resolved at first level support
Tier III support for the Technical Team
Provides technical support for Network related systems/peripherals including software and hardware problem determination and resolution
Performs monitoring and testing of related systems and elements to ensure reliability and integrity of computer environments
Performs system maintenance and network upgrades
Ensures internal customers are guided and knowledgeable of policies and procedures
Responsible for the creation, deletion and disabling of all user accounts (pertains to the network access as well as all system access)
Enhances and develops quality support methods and communication skills through coaching feedback and other developmental approaches
Qualifications:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Minimum 7 years of applicable experience or a combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Cisco networking components including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless technologies, Cisco identity services engine (ISE) and VPN/client VPN is required for the provision, support, troubleshooting and improvement of these services
Knowledge of F5 web application firewall (WAF), internet technologies and Mcafee suit of security products and appliances including web gateway (proxy).
A demonstrated knowledge and experience of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures
Ability to write detailed technical materials, diagnose technical problems, pay close attention to details and apply technical instructions as required
