Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook oriental cuisine
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work area
Plan menus, develop new dishes, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Skills and Abilities:
Chinese cooking skills and good at traditional Chinese cuisine
Team work
Can read some English about ingredients
Benefits:
