Description

RAM is looking for a reliable part-time casual cleaner (4 hours, 3 times a week) to clean offices, conference room, lunch rooms, change rooms, and all bathrooms.  This cleaning includes:
-dusting;
-sweeping/vacuuming/mopping;
-wiping down surfaces desk and counter surfaces;  
-cleaning all fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals);
-picking up debris and emptying garbage/recycling;  
-washing windows, blinds, walls, light fixtures (as needed);
and similar duties.  

All tools and cleaning supplies are provided.

RAM will work with the successful applicant to develop a mutually agreed upon weekly schedule which incorporates approximately 50% of their cleaning time outside of regular business hours (i.e. 6am to 10am; or 3pm to 7pm during the week days; or 4 hours on Sat or Sun). This position will be 12 hours a week to start, but may increase. This is a paid by the hour position.
