Indigenous Advisor  (Full Time Temporary position  2 years)

Candidate We are Seeking
You are a natural people connector and collaborator, who is passionate about supporting impactful programs.  The Indigenous Advisor is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of internal and external Indigenous and Community Relations strategies to support Ranch Ehrlo Society and its participants. You are responsible to provide guidance to agency leadership, oversee and lead in overall strategy, develop tools, measures and processes for assessing quality and effectiveness of instructional material, and support to cultural understanding and learning activities.  

You have significant experience leading engagement and consultation with Indigenous organizations, communities and individuals, and you are knowledgeable and experienced with respect to Indigenous culture and protocols / best practices for engagement. You are recognized for your ability to work with diverse perspectives and to build consensus, and you are a strong and effective advocate.
